Job Description
- Documentation related to audiovisual (AV) inventory, stock reports, and handover/takeover counts using Gdoc.
- Conducting building walkthroughs, addressing break-fix issues, coordinating with vendors, and collaborating with other teams.
- Responsible for monitoring and updating the ticketing system under the supervision and guidance of a senior engineer.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all audiovisual (AV) and network infrastructure matters in the NCR region.
- The senior engineer will provide comprehensive training on the existing infrastructure tools that we utilize within the organization.
- We are seeking a candidate who is enthusiastic about learning new technologies, implementing new monitoring systems, and automating day-to-day tasks.
- The ideal candidate should possess a basic understanding of video conferencing infrastructure and protocols, including WebRTC, signaling, H.323, TCP, UDP, and RTP.
Experience and qualifications
- A Bachelors or Diploma degree.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Possess organizational and multitasking skills.
- Demonstrate integrity, dependability, responsibility, accountability, self-awareness, work ethic and empathy.
