Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company s overall business strategy.
Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, and procedures across the organization.

Assess training needs and develop training programs to enhance employees skills and capabilities.
Manage payroll, benefits, and leave administration.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master s preferred).
Proven working experience as an HR Manager or other HR Executive.
People-oriented and results-driven with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of HR systems, databases, and best practices.
In-depth understanding of labor law and HR management best practices.
Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (e.g., HRMS, ATS).
