Job Summary: We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and manage our digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. You will work closely with the marketing team, supporting teams (such as developers), and vendors to launch campaigns on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns that promote our brand and products.
Oversee and manage all digital marketing channels, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and PPC advertising.
Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on data analysis.
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
Design, build, and maintain our social media presence and increase audience engagement.
Identify new and creative growth strategies to drive traffic to our website and increase sales.
Manage budget allocation and oversee marketing expenses.
Desired Skills Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master s preferred).
Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and PPC.
Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns.
Excellent knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
Proficient in managing social media platforms, content creation, and audience engagement.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
