Job Description
- Cutover Planning Execution : Lead and manage the entire SAP cutover process, ensuring all activities are well planned, executed, and completed within the project timelines. Develop and manage detailed cutover plans, schedules, and activities to ensure the successful transition from legacy systems to SAP.
- Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with various teams, including functional and technical teams, business users, IT, and external vendors to align cutover activities. Act as the primary point of contact for all cutover-related queries and decisions.
- Risk Issue Management : Proactively identify and manage risks and issues related to the cutover process. Work to resolve problems and escalate issues where necessary, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Cutover Readiness : Ensure that all necessary preparations for the cutover phase are completed, including data migration, system configurations, testing, and end-user training. Review cutover readiness and obtain necessary approvals from key stakeholders.
- Coordination with Change Management : Work closely with the change management team to ensure that communication, training, and support plans are in place to assist end-users during the transition to the new SAP system.
- Documentation Reporting : Maintain detailed documentation of all cutover activities, decisions, and issues. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and key stakeholders on cutover progress, risks, and outcomes.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP implementation projects, with a cutover management role. Experience with large-scale, complex SAP rollouts is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of SAP modules and SAP implementation processes. Understanding integration points and data migration strategies is essential.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
