Job Description
- Create and implement change management plans aligned with SAP projects.
- Identify and engage key stakeholders to ensure buy-in and address concerns.
- Design and deliver communication and training programs for end-users to drive SAP adoption.
- Address resistance through coaching and support to ensure a smooth transition.
- Assess organizational impacts and create action plans to ensure readiness for SAP changes.
- Monitor user adoption and provide ongoing support to ensure continued success.

- 5+ years of relevant experience in change management for SAP.
- Knowledge of change management frameworks.
- Good understanding of SAP systems (SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC).
- Strong communication and training skills.
- Ability to manage complex change and lead transformation efforts.
