Job Description

Role Summary:

This role is responsible for providing expert-level support and guidance in the implementation, use and leveraging of SAP HRMS, HR Metrics Reporting and Procedure Specialist. This role is responsible for designing, developing, implementing and managing the Companys SAP HRMS strategies, in alignment with the Companys business strategies, objectives, vision and culture. This role involves design, development, implementation and managing the SAP HRMS policy and procedures, including periodic review and amendments / improvements. This role is also responsible for ensuring compliance of SAP HRMS policies, procedures and practices with the relevant countries labour laws & regulations and other countries statutory laws & legislations. This role involves troubleshooting and resolving issues, provide training to all end-users and ensure the efficient use of the SAP HRMS system. This role is responsible for consolidating, analyzing and reporting on Key HR Metrics to support decision-making. This involves creating and maintaining HR dashboards, identifying trends and providing insights to improve HR strategies, implementation and operations. This role is also responsible for analyzing, designing and optimizing HR procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure HR procedures align with the Companys objectives, vision and culture and comply with the countries labour laws & regulations and other statutory laws & legislations.


Key responsibilities:

SAP HRMS Super User

  • Provide day-to-day support for SAP HRMS users, resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation of procedures, configurations and user guides.
  • Conduct detailed training sessions for end-users (including new joiners) to enhance their understanding for effective use of SAP HRMS.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and other departments to ensure the SAP HRMS system meets business requirements.
  • Participate in system testing and upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

HR Metrics Reporting

  • Collect, consolidate and analyze Key HR Metrics data related to HR functions.
  • Generate reports on Key HR Metrics to support HR decision making.
  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards and visualizations to communicate data to stakeholders.
  • Identify trends and areas of opportunities within HR data and present findings to HR.
  • Collaborate with HR team members to understand data needs and design reports to meet those needs.
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis to answer specific questions and identify trends in HR data.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency by collaborating with other departments to reconcile data discrepancies.

Procedure Specialist

  • Evaluate current HR procedures to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement new / modified improved HR procedures.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation of HR procedures, designs, configurations and user manuals.
  • Ensure all HR procedures comply with the country legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide detailed training to HR team members and other stakeholders on new procedures.
  • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of HR procedures and make necessary modifications.
  • Generate reports on procedures performance.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration of HR procedures.

Educational Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering / Human Resources or MBA or MA/MS in Human Resources + Information Technology or any related field preferred.

  • SAP certification in HRMS modules.
  • Certification in process improvement methodologies (e.g. Six Sigma, Lean).
  • Experience with SAP HRMS implementation projects will be an added advantage.
  • 5 6+ years of experience in Human Resources / Information Technology / SAP HRMS environment, in junior / mid management / specialist roles.
  • Prior experience in retail / FMCG / any relevant sector exposure will be an advantage.

Knowledge / Skills / Attributes:

• Broad understanding of HR field, domains and procedures.

  • Robust understanding of SAP HRMS modules.
  • Knowledge of other SAP modules and integration points with HRMS modules. • Strong attention to accuracy and detail. • Familiarity with Statistical Analysis and Data Modelling. • Familiarity with Project Management principles. • Proficiency in process mapping and documentation tools. • Experience in process improvement and efficiency concepts like LEAN, 6 Sigma, Waste Elimination etc. are strongly preferred. • Strong Business Acumen and Robust understanding of business products / offerings and financial impact. • Strong Change Management, Problem Solving and Conflict Resolution skills. • Strong influencing skills, High on emotional intelligence and ethics. • Excellent Communication, Presentation, Interpersonal and Influencing skills. • Ability to Multi Task, deliver with tight timelines and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to provide timely solutions. • Excellent proficiency with MS Office or related softwares
