Project Manager - FinTech (10-15 yrs)

Job Description:

- We are handling an urgent assignment with leading Fintech company to be based at Bangalore.

- A Project Manager will successfully drive successful client project execution, ensuring alignment with best practices, business objectives, and compliance requirements.

- This role will be responsible for managing client expectations, coordinating with remote deployment teams, and maintaining project standards in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

- The ideal candidate has experience in Fintech, Payment, B2B SaaS, compliance technology, and client-facing project management with a track record of delivering high customer satisfaction.

- Strong experience in Project Management, Program Management, AML, payment security, Risk Analytics & fraud assessment.

- Tech Program Delivery, Strategic Planning, Program Governance, Product Development, Operational/Delivery Excellence, Program/BU Financial Accountability, Roadmap/Portfolio planning, Process Efficiency, Stakeholder Management, conflict resolution, Coaching and Mentoring & Public Speaking.

- Minimum 10 years of Strong experience in Fintech, Payment & B2B SAAS Domain.

- Knowledge of AML, Fraud risk, payment security and fraud management.
