Designation- Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager

Location- Vapi ( IC Role )

Note- candidates who can relocate Vapi ( Gujarat) and can join within 30 days of Notice period will be preferred .

Role & responsibilities

• Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders to understand their requirements & challenges, and develop HR strategies that support business objectives.
• Talent Management: Develop and implement talent development programs to enhance employee skills, Career Progression & Success Planning, and leadership capabilities.
• Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans.
• Employee Relations: Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance on conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and employee grievances.
• Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture by implementing initiatives that support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).
• Conduct investigations and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives by providing guidance on communication strategies, employee engagement, and cultural transformation. Lead HR-related projects that drive organizational effectiveness and operational excellence.
• HR Analytics and Reporting: Utilize HR data and analytics to provide insights and recommendations to business leaders.
• Prepare and present HR reports on key metrics such as turnover, employee engagement, and workforce demographics
