Job Description

Department- Accounts Receivable ( Order to Cash )

Location- Ahmedabad

Role- Business Analyst

As an Officer / Senior Officer in the SUP_F&A_AR_Support_SSC department, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the company's financial operations. This includes ensuring compliance with risk management policies and procedures, tax strategy, planning, and compliance, as well as accounts reconciliation. You will be expected to demonstrate strong business acumen, entrepreneurship, and a global mindset.

Principal Accountabilities

Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes
Ensure compliance with all internal processes and policies as well as with all relevant regulations and laws
Develop and implement financial risk management policies and procedures
Manage the preparation and publication of departmental and organization financial documents
Collaborate with executive leadership to define organizational financial strategy
Monitor the company's financial reports and determine ways to reduce costs
Work closely with the audit team to ensure proper compliance with all regulations
Develop budgets that meet the requirements of company departments
Establish and implement a training program for new finance employees
Foster a culture of continuous improvement in the finance department and the larger organization
Maintain a policy of transparency in reports and auditing
Ensure accuracy in all aspects of financial reporting and data collection
Continually strive to improve the automation of the accounting and reporting process
Regularly review the company's financial processes and procedures to identify potential areas for improvement
Provide financial insights and recommendations to the senior management team
