Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Campaigns:
   
• Manage owned media channels (Push, Email, SMS) for user engagement.
• Execute digital campaigns across various platforms to achieve business goals.
• Optimize performance metrics (CTR, ROI, CAC).
2. Martech & Product Management:
   
• Enhance UI/UX features with technical teams.
• Utilize tools like MoEngage, Appsflyer, and Google Analytics for marketing automation and performance tracking.
3. Data Intelligence:
   
• Develop dashboards for reporting and insights.
• Optimize return on ad spend (ROAS).
4. SEO/ASO & Website Maintenance:
   
• Plan and execute SEO/ASO strategies to improve visibility and engagement.
• Maintain app and web rankings.
5. Customer Experience:
   
• Drive innovation to enhance CX and decision-making ease.
6. Team Leadership:
   
• Manage digital marketing strategies and oversee team performance.
