Position Summary

The Area Relationship Manager is responsible for driving sales, ensuring operational efficiency,

and maintaining strong relationships with FOFO business partners in the assigned region. The

role involves meeting sales targets, optimizing store operations, and enhancing customer

satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & EBITDA:

• Achieve sales targets for top-line, P&L, and Amore products.
• Implement strategies to meet EBITDA goals.

2. ZEDC Sales:

• Ensure ZEDC sales targets and top SKU availability.

3. Store Operations:

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring policy compliance and customer satisfaction.

4. Merchandising & Inventory:

• Manage slow-moving SKUs and ensure optimal product visibility.
• Minimize damages, shortages, and pilferage.

5. MIS & Reporting:

• Present weekly/monthly performance reports and actionable insights.

6. Relationship Building:

• Act as the primary contact for FOFO partners, resolving issues and conducting

reviews.

7. Collaboration:

• Provide feedback and guidance to store teams for continuous improvement.

8. Initiatives:

• Drive CRM and customer engagement programs to enhance business outcomes.

Additional Requirements

• Willing to travel extensively within the designated area.

• Flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays.

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT) and email communication.
