Roles and Responsibilities
1. Puts forward the grievances & recommendations of employees to management and help management take right decision.
2. To establish effective communication between management and workers in order to resolve differences between employer and employee or within the employees to maintain a good relationship.
3. To work for betterment of the employees - to ensure healthy and safe work environment - improving facilities and services like, medical, drinking water, canteen, toilet, rest area, child care facilities. Educating the employees on rules and regulations, wages, overtime rates, leaves and communicate and ensure with management that workers are getting these services and benefits 4.Develop good practice on the production floor to ensure a better working place and ensuring a positive work environment for the workers which will ultimately beneficial for both workers and management
5. Initiate welfare facilities as and when required with approval from the Management
6. Personal talk with all employee to get to know about them and their work which helps for good rapport building
7. Grievance Handling and Counselling Employees - as the same is an effective tool in preventing & solving many of both work related & personal issues which directly or indirectly affect our business. Medico-Social, late coming, absenteeism, retention, performance related, personal, marital, behavioral issues
8. Training & development - conduct and organize training / awareness programs Statutory, Health and Safety, Company policies, Company / Buyer code of Conduct
9. Monitoring of first aid boxes, fire extinguishers, fire alarms, emergency exits/lights, food served in canteen, drinking water, health system, safety procedure, housekeeping etc
10. Initiate recreation activities and Celebrations in the Factory - sports, cultural fests / meets, library, picnics, annual days, birthdays, send off to Employees / Crèche children
11. Forming various committees & smooth administration of the same - Works committee, Prevention of sexual harassment, Environment Health & safety, Canteen Committee, Grievance redressal Committee
12. to watch industrial relations with a view to use his influence in the event of a dispute arising between the factory management and workers and to bring about a settlement by persuasive efforts
13. To promote such relations between the department staff and workers, to enable working to adjust to the working environment and to bring about productive efficiency.
14. Maintain all mandatory statutory records and registers.

MSW - Specialized in HR,
Females having MSW / MLW degree with 4-5 Yrs of experience in similar profile with large/ medium manufacturing organization need only apply.
