Regional Sales Manager

Job Summary:

Weldor CNC Machines is seeking experienced Regional Sales Managers for Mumbai, Delhi, and Bangalore to drive sales, expand market presence, and develop strong relationships with industrial clients. The ideal candidate should have expertise in selling CNC machines, sheet metal machinery, or industrial equipment with a proven track record in B2B sales, channel development, and key account management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development & Sales Growth: Identify and develop new B2B customers, dealers, and industrial clients in the assigned region.
• Lead Generation & Conversion: Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals for CNC machines and industrial machinery.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, OEMs, and industrial clients to drive repeat business.
• Market & Competitor Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and customer demands to refine sales strategies.
• Channel Partner & Dealer Management: Identify and appoint dealers and channel partners to expand product reach.
• Sales Forecasting & Target Achievement: Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve monthly and yearly revenue targets.
• Technical Sales Presentations: Work with engineering and technical teams to present CNC machine features, benefits, and ROI to customers.
• Customer Support & After-Sales Service Coordination: Collaborate with service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any technical issues.

Requirements:

• Experience: 5-9 years in B2B sales, industrial machinery, CNC machines, sheet metal machines, or capital equipment sales.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Sales, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Skills Required:
• Strong B2B sales & negotiation skills.
• Experience in industrial equipment sales & dealer/channel management.
• Ability to understand CNC machine technology & technical sales.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales reporting.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
