Job Title : Junior Engineer - Quality
Division (Weir Minerals)
Location : Bangalore
Onsite.
Key Responsibilities:
Investigate product quality problems, determine root cause, gather and analyze data and implement corrective action to reduce or elimination for pump assembly.
Development of inspection and work instructions of pump assembly and testing.
Preparation of pump performance test reports.
Handling the customer inspections for pump performance testing.
Work with internal and external stakeholders to resolve quality issues that arise as quickly and efficiently as possible to prevent compromising quality standards.
Report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in order to adhere to process and prevent occurrence of any non-conformity relating to product, process or system.
Communicate efficiently throughout the shop floor on customer compliant, Andon analysis, Special requirements.
Ensure control plans and associated documentation are implemented effectively and maintained.
Monitoring and take care of testing instruments calibrations.
