Key Responsibilities

• Learn and understand various travel destinations

• Assist in creating personalized travel itineraries for clients

• Engage with customers via calls and social media to understand their travel needs

• Handle bookings for hotels, transport, and tours

• Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets

• Resolve customer queries and provide exceptional service Skills & Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Enthusiasm for sales and customer interaction

• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly

• Basic proficiency in Excel

• Passion for travel and exploring new destinations

Education Degree in Tourism or any related field (preferred)

Location: Gurgaon

Working Days: 6 days a week
