SR IT Business Analyst

Required Skills:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software environments
Strong knowledge of the software development life cycle and Agile methodologies
Proficiency in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation
Familiarity with tools such as Github, JIRA, Confluence, Miro, Notion; SQL and data visualization experience a plus
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly
Analytical mindset with problem-solving and attention to detail
Certifications like CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile certifications are a plus

Key Responsibilities:
Gather and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications and user stories
Collaborate with engineering to align products with business needs and prioritize solutions
Conduct market research to guide product innovation
Support QA teams with requirement clarity and test case validation
Monitor post-launch performance and recommend improvements
