Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Executive with a minimum of 1 year of experience to join our team. The Finance Executive will play a key role in supporting financial planning, analysis, reporting, and ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions. This position requires strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and a solid understanding of financial principles. The ideal candidate will work to support the company's financial objectives and maintain operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounting & Bookkeeping: Ensure timely and accurate recording of all financial transactions.
• Preparing balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  Reconcile bank statements and internal accounts
• Knowledge of direct and indirect tax returns (Income Tax, GST, TDS) is mandatory
• Ensure GST compliance by maintaining proper records of all GST-related transactions
• Knowledge of Zoho accounting software will be an added advantage.
2. Accounts Payable & Receivable:
• Process invoices, ensure timely payments, and manage outstanding accounts
• Follow up with customers and suppliers to ensure the timely collection of receivables and settlement of payables.
• Support the maintenance of accurate records for all financial transactions.
3. Cash Flow Management:
• Monitoring cash flow and daily financial transactions.
4. Budgeting & Cost Control:
• Help track actual expenses against the budget and report variances.
5. Compliance & Internal Controls
6. Ensure adherence to internal policies and accounting principles.
• Support during audits by providing necessary documentation.
• Assist in maintaining compliance with applicable financial regulations and tax laws.
