Associate Manager-Lead Generation-Software Sales

Job Description

• Develop and execute lead generation process that support business objectives, including the creation of targeted lists, tele calling process, email, web, and social media outreach.
• Work with digital marketing team to create high-quality content that will be used in lead generation campaigns.
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in lead generation mechanism.
• Stay up-to-date on latest lead generation practices and tools.
• Train and manage a team of lead generation specialists.
• Develop processes and systems to streamline lead generation activities.
• Monitor and report on progress of lead generation activities.
• Collaborate with sales team to ensure leads are being followed up on in a timely manner.
• Provide feedback to digital marketing team to improve future campaigns.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 3-8 years of relevant experience in marketing, sales, or lead generation.
• Team handling experience is must
• Experience in international market is preferred.
• Proven track record of successful lead generation campaigns.
• Experience with CRM software.
• Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills.
• Creative thinker with the ability to come up with innovative solutions.
