Gst Analyst/GST Implementation Specialist

Job Overview: We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced VAT/GST Implementation Specialist to support the E-invoice project implementation for both domestic and overseas customers. The ideal candidate will manage client inquiries regarding VAT, GST, and e-invoicing, as well as assist in the handling of VAT/GST filings and client account management.

Key Responsibilities:

• E-Invoice Project Implementation: Lead and manage the implementation of e-invoicing solutions for both domestic and international clients.
• Client Inquiries Management: Address and resolve client inquiries related to VAT, GST, E-way bills, and e-invoicing processes.
• VAT/GST Filings: Support clients in preparing and filing VAT and GST returns on time, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• System Collaboration & Enhancements: Work with cross-functional teams to implement future system enhancements and provide solutions for the evolving needs of clients.
• Client Account Handling: Maintain and manage client accounts, ensuring that all VAT, GST, and e-invoice-related needs are met.
• Taxation Expertise: Offer guidance and practical knowledge on VAT, GST, E-invoice, and E-way bill regulations to clients.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

• In-depth knowledge of VAT, GST, E-invoice, and E-way bills.
• Strong understanding of taxation regulations and compliance.
• Excellent client-facing communication skills for handling inquiries and providing technical support.
• Experience in managing e-invoice or VAT/GST-related projects.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Relevant degree or professional certification in Taxation, Accounting, or Finance.
• Proven experience in handling VAT/GST compliance, e-invoice projects, and tax filings.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
