Salesforce Technical Lead - Apex/Visual Force (6-10 yrs)

Job Description :

Technical Leadership & Delivery :

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of customized Salesforce solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices for architecture, scalability, and security.

Project Oversight :

- Oversee all technical aspects of Salesforce projects, from requirements gathering to final deployment, including integration, testing, and performance optimization.

Team Management :

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of Salesforce developers, conducting code reviews, setting development standards, and ensuring timely and quality deliverables.

Stakeholder Collaboration :

- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and ensure successful implementation.

Custom Development :

- Architect and build custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce tools.

Integrations :

- Design and implement Salesforce integrations with third-party systems using REST, SOAP, and API integration tools such as Mulesoft.

Platform Optimization :

- Manage, maintain, and optimize existing Salesforce environments, identifying opportunities for improvements in performance, security, and user experience.

Continuous Improvement :

- Stay current with Salesforce releases and platform enhancements, recommending updates and innovations to keep systems at the cutting edge.

DevOps & CI/CD :

- Drive the adoption of DevOps practices, including continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD), ensuring smooth and efficient code management processes.

Mentorship :

- Mentor junior developers, providing guidance on best practices, troubleshooting, and problem-solving, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
