Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of HR experience and strong administrative skills. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for assisting with various HR tasks and providing support to the HR team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offering positions to candidates.
• Use various sourcing channels such as job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and ATS.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and create effective recruitment strategies.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates qualifications, skills, and cultural fit within the organization.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring clear and timely communication.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and salary benchmarks to advise hiring managers and improve recruitment strategies.
• Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive candidate information with discretion.
• Maintain employee records and ensure all information is up to date.

Qualifications:

• 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR, preferably in the technology or IT industry Preferable.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job boards, and other recruiting tools.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of sourcing strategies and best practices for talent acquisition.
• Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion when dealing with confidential information.
