UI UX Designer

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Plan concepts by thoroughly studying relevant information and materials.
2. Illustrate concepts by designing art arrangements, determining size, type size, style, and submit them for approval.
3. Prepare finished art using necessary equipment and software.
4. Coordinate with outside agencies, art services, web designers, marketing, printers, and colleagues as necessary.
5. Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed, fostering collaboration.
6. Communicate with clients to understand layout and design requirements effectively.
7. Create a diverse range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites, utilizing software such as Photoshop.
8. Review final layouts and suggest improvements when necessary.
9. Must possess excellent communication skills to effectively convey design concepts and ideas.

Desired Candidate Profile:
1. Proven experience as a graphic designer or in a related field.
2. Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio showcasing creativity and proficiency.
3. Proficiency with desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, InDesign, Quark, and Illustrator.
4. Strong eye for visual composition and attention to detail.
5. Effective time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
6. Open to giving and receiving constructive criticism for continuous improvement.
7. Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.
8. Experience with computer-aided design (CAD) is a plus.
