Intern- Product Marketing

Scope of Work & Responsibilities

Training Material Development:
Assist in creating and updating training modules for WebEngages products and services.
Collaborate with the Product Marketing team to simplify product information into digestible content for the Customer Success (CSM) and Account Management (AM) teams.
Training Execution & Support:
Organize and support training sessions for the CSM and AM teams, ensuring clear communication of product features, use cases, and benefits.
Work with the Product Marketing Manager to identify key knowledge areas that need reinforcement during these training sessions.
Assessments & Feedback:
Design assessments or quizzes based on the training material to evaluate the understanding of the CSM and AM teams.
Track results, identify areas for improvement, and adjust training strategies accordingly.
Curate FAQs:
Gather frequently asked questions (FAQs) from the CSM and AM teams after training sessions or product rollouts.
Create and maintain a comprehensive FAQ document to assist the Product Marketing and Training teams in addressing concerns better and improving future sessions.
Collaboration & Coordination:
Work closely with the CSM, AM, and PMM teams to understand training gaps and optimize learning content.
Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to stay updated on product developments.
Education:
Pursuing/completing a bachelors or masters degree in marketing, business administration, communications

Experience/Skills:
Prior internships in marketing, SaaS, or B2B technology firms are preferred.
Familiarity with marketing automation, product marketing, or learning platforms is a plus.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Comfortable with creating presentations, training materials, and assessments.
A basic understanding of SaaS products and B2B client interactions is advantageous.

Duration: 60-90 days.
