Job Description

Web Spiders is on the lookout for a dynamic Sales & Business Development Manager - IT to join our team. As a key player in our business growth, you'll be responsible for discovering fresh opportunities, fostering client relationships, and sealing the deal. The ideal candidate boasts a robust sales background, particularly in the realm of digital services. Familiarity with tenders such as Gebiz, Sesamy, Singapore Gov, and Upwork is a definite plus. This role involves close collaboration with our Indian teams and direct reporting to our CEO.

Location: Delhi NCR, Gurgaon, Mumbai

Role Overview:

As a Business Development Manager, you'll be at the forefront of driving business expansion, with responsibilities ranging from identifying new prospects and relationship-building to achieving sales targets and managing client interactions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Uncover new business opportunities and establish client relationships.
  • Successfully close deals and meet sales targets.
  • Collaborate with Indian teams, oversee change requests, and address any issues.
  • Showcase our services and solutions to potential clients.
  • Assess and qualify leads, ensuring effective follow-up for deal closure.
  • Navigate tenders such as Gebiz, Sesamy, Singapore Gov, and Upwork.
  • Actively participate in conferences and networking events to generate leads.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities.

Requirements:

  • Relevant years of Sales & business development experience in Software industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven expertise in successful development strategies.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Background in digital services sales.
  • Proficiency in demonstrating services to potential clients and closing deals.
  • Familiarity with tenders, especially Gebiz, Sesamy, Singapore Gov, and Upwork, is advantageous.
