Job Description
Role & responsibilities - Candidate must have good knowledge of Salary & Wages and Time Office management.
- To prepare and maintain employees details in form of personnel files etc...
- Candidate should have basis knowledge about Factory Act., EPF & ESIC etc..
Preferred candidate profile - He must have good knowledge of Payroll Software operations.
- Candidate having good command over English Speaking / Writing with good knowledge of Computer operations.
- Candidate should be Graduate or MBA in HR with minimum 3 yrs exp in HR in any manufacturing Textile/Garment export unit.
