WHAT WILL YOU DO AT WHOLSUM FOODS?
Are you ready to shape the future of data analytics in a fast-paced startup environment? We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced individual who would be accountable for profitable business growth across all accounts based and will be responsible for the Modern Trade market. He/she will be working closely with all account managers, customer marketing managers and sales team to meet objectives.
Responsibilities:
Ensuring to meet or exceed the sales target set by the company monthly and quarterly.
Ensuring to meet or exceed the new store opening target set by the company monthly and quarterly.
Following the detailed beat plan set by the RSM/ASM.
Maximize productive calls made to push on sales targets.
Train the promoters and merchandizers assigned to your area.
Handle retailers and market orders and ensure they are delivered on time.
Regularly report on sales performance and market feedback to the reporting manager
Have a strong understanding of the company's products to answer the queries of promoters and merchandizers.
Make sure all sales activities follow company policies and regulations.
Requirements
At least 6 to 9 years of experience in sales, especially in the FMCG sector
Good native communication skills of the respective region
Ability to build relationships with promoters and merchandizers
Ability to work well with other team members
Understanding of market trends and competitor activities
In-depth knowledge of the company's products
Knowledge and exposure of different sales techniques
