- Strong understanding of Node.js, with a passion for building efficient and scalable applications.
- Familiarity with software development concepts, including data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
- Basic knowledge of backend frameworks like Express.js, along with database management (MongoDB, PostgreSQL) and API integration.
- Understanding of version control systems like Git and collaboration tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while following best practices for performance and security.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Eagerness to work collaboratively with senior developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to contribute to real-world projects and enhance development skills.

Working envirment is too good, specially behaviour of the management, siniors, project manager is awesome, no polotics, Employee can feel family like envirment, as much as the job security is concerned, employee can feel secured. Employee can enjoy their work.

More Team Leader and project managers are required so that proper assignment of work can be done, some time developers sit ideal and some time huge amount of work comes, but management will not force you to meet the deadline when work load is huge. Developers should be allowed to work as a fullstack so dependency amonge the developers can be reduced and productivity can be increased.
