Required Skills:

• Minimum Bachelors Degree with 10-12 years of operations / industrial laboratory work experience.
• 3-5 yrs supervision of Test lab exp, High pressure testing, excellent HSE awareness and understanding of accounts & finance (tracking utilization of assets), Good exp in managing technician, engs, supervisors, compliance, routine maintenance, managing budget for a lab, Excellent communication skills
• Experience operating material handling equipment (Forklift, Overhead Hoist, etc.).
• Experience using hand tools (Pipe Wrench, Adjustable Wrench, Screwdriver, Measuring Tape, etc.)
• 5+ years in a leadership role managing people and lab operations.
• Experience with Down-hole oilfield tools (assembly/testing/troubleshooting)
• Knowledge of electronic component testing and qualification.
• Knowledge of metallic & non-metallic material testing and qualification.
• Knowledge of API / ISO standards
