We are seeking a talented and experienced Mid Agile Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams in the development and delivery of software products using agile methodologies.
As an Agile Project Manager at WeAssemble, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and monitoring all activities related to the development and delivery of software products using agile methodologies. You will work closely with clients, engineers, marketers and other creatives to allocate resources and ensure deadlines are met. By embodying our values of ownership, purpose, humility, and quality, you will play a key role in helping deliver quality services.
Responsibilities:
- Taking requirements from the client or product manager or documentation prepared
- Strategize a project management approach based on the requirements
- Sets goals, objectives, and priorities for the project and assign to respective stakeholders and team members.
- Review work, resolves conflict and make sure the project is on track with timelines and has good quality output.
- Creating sprints
- Taking daily stand-ups with the developers, QA and other team members and relay the same to the client on a regular basis.
- Interact with the clients, product manager, development team, QA and other managers on a regular basis to ensure the project runs smoothly
- Maintain a status report of the project and keep a record of the previous reports, preferably with the help of Gantt chart or other visual reporting methods.
- Present the status report of the project to the client and other stake holders
- Conduct training sessions for the team members and explain them the Agile method
- Manage project deployment cycles
- Work with management to establish appropriate project structure and staffing plans and participates in the staffing process.
Required Skills:
- 2 - 3 years of Experience
- Experience in IT is Must.
- Good knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle
- Hands-on experience with Jira and other project management tools
- Scrum Management
- Excellent communication
Good to have:
- PMI-ACP, CSM or equivalent certification
