Job Description
Python Developer (AI/ML) - 5 Years of Experience
Location: Mumbai, India
Position Type: Full-time

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Python Developer with experience in AI and ML to join our dynamic team in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models using Python for various AI-driven applications.
- Collaborate with data scientists and other developers to build and optimize ML algorithms, systems, and tools.
- Work on end-to-end ML pipelines including data collection, cleaning, preprocessing, and model deployment.
- Apply statistical methods and advanced algorithms to solve complex real-world problems.
- Develop REST APIs and integrate machine learning models into production-level applications.
- Conduct code reviews and maintain high-quality standards in the development process.
- Continuously optimize the performance and scalability of ML models.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in AI/ML and incorporate them into existing solutions.
- Participate in team meetings, provide technical insights, and contribute to product discussions.
Skills Qualifications:
Experience: 5+ years of hands-on Python development experience with a focus on AI/ML.
Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Python and its libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.
- Hands-on experience in building and deploying machine learning models in production.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
- Experience with data preprocessing and feature engineering techniques.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for ML model deployment and scaling.
- Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and data pipelines.
Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze and process large data sets.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver projects on time.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with deep learning frameworks (e.g., Keras, MXNet).
- Knowledge of NLP (Natural Language Processing) or Computer Vision applications.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and containerization technologies like Docker.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
