KEY RESPONSBLITY :
Strategic Leadership:
1. Develop and implement a long-term strategic vision for the company, aligning with market trends and industry dynamics.
2. Set ambitious growth goals and identify new business opportunities to expand market share.
3. Oversee the development and execution of business plans to achieve strategic objectives.
Operational Management:
1. Monitor and manage all aspects of construction projects, including project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.
2. Ensure efficient project execution by coordinating with various departments like engineering, procurement, and site management.
3. Oversee project delivery within budget and deadlines, addressing any challenges or delays effectively.
Financial Oversight:
1. Analyze financial performance, including revenue, costs, and profitability of projects and the company as a whole.
Make informed financial decisions regarding investments, capital allocation, and cost control strategies.
2. Collaborate with the finance team to prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
Team Leadership:
1. Build and lead a high-performing executive team, fostering collaboration and alignment across departments.
2. Recruit, develop, and retain key talent within the organization, ensuring strong leadership at all levels.
3. Foster a culture of safety, quality, and ethical business practices within the company.
Client Relationship Management:
1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
2. Negotiate contracts, manage project expectations, and resolve client concerns effectively.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, with an MBA preferred.
2. Having overall experience of 15+ Years in Real Estate Construction Industry.
3. Proven leadership experience in the construction industry with a successful track record of managing Residential/Housing projects.
3. Strong business acumen, including financial analysis, strategic planning, and project management skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
5. Deep understanding of construction regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices.
