Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and passionate Designer - UI/ UX to spearhead our User Interface and User Experience design initiatives within our dynamic MarTech company. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of proven experience in UI/UX design and a deep understanding of the Martech landscape. You will play a pivotal role in creating intuitive, user-centric interfaces for our range of products, ensuring that our users have an exceptional experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- UI/UX Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive UI/UX strategy to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience across all our products.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of UI/UX designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative design culture.
- User Research: Conduct user research, usability testing, and persona development to inform and validate design decisions.
- Prototyping: Create interactive prototypes to convey design concepts and obtain feedback for iterative improvement.
- Information Architecture: Design and optimize the information architecture, ensuring easy navigation and content organization.
- Wireframing and Mockups: Produce wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs, adhering to best design practices.
- Design Systems: Establish and maintain a design system to ensure consistency and scalability in design across our products.
- Usability Testing: Continuously evaluate the usability of our products and implement improvements based on user feedback.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective and visually appealing designs.
- Stay Current: Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices in the Martech space.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Design, HCI, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional UI/UX design experience, with a strong focus on Martech.
- Proven leadership experience, managing and mentoring a team of designers.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
