Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Recruiter with 1-2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should have expertise in sourcing candidates from various job portals, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. Prior experience in the Martech domain or hiring for marketing roles will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing & Talent Acquisition: Utilize multiple sourcing channels (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, referrals, etc) to attract top talent.
- Screening & Shortlisting: Evaluate resumes and conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates fit for the role.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless process.
- Follow-ups: Maintain constant communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a great candidate experience.
- Offer Management & Onboarding: Assist in offer negotiations and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Database Management: Maintain and update the recruitment database for future hiring needs.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and team leads to understand hiring needs and strategize recruitment plans accordingly.
Key Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in Martech or hiring for marketing roles.
- Strong experience in sourcing through job portals, LinkedIn, and other hiring platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
- Strong coordination skills to handle interview scheduling and follow-ups.
- Basic knowledge of HR policies and procedures related to hiring and onboarding.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup or agency environment is a plus.
