Job Locations: Delhi NCR and Mumbai - Two positions

SUMMARY OF THE OVERALL ASM JOB:

• To be responsible for leading and developing effective team of front-line sales personnels to achieve sales targets.
• To be also responsible for individual revenue Sales & Collection targets.

KEY RESULTS AREA:

• Achievement of Sales Target - Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly
• Timely collection of market outstanding
• High quality customer calls, number of calls and customer coverage as per plan
• Develop brands and business with key institution & Kols.
• Adherence to joint field work
• Team development, coaching and training
• Control on sales processes and SOps

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Education: B. Pharm / B.SC

Experience: 6+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales
