HIRING - AREA SALES MAANGER (OPHTHALMOLOGY) DELHI NCR & MUMBAI
Division: Eyecare/Ophthalmic Pharma Division of WAYPHAM INDIA PVT. LTD.
Job Locations: DELHI NCR & MUMBAI - 2 POSITION
SUMMARY OF THE OVERALL ASM JOB:
- To be responsible for leading and developing effective team of front-line sales personnel to achieve sales targets.
- To be also responsible for individual revenue Sales & Collection targets.
KEY RESULTS AREA:
- Achievement of Sales Target - Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly
- Timely collection of market outstanding
- High quality customer calls, number of calls and customer coverage as per plan
- Develop brands and business with key institution & Kols.
- Adherence to joint field work
- Team development, coaching and training
- Control on sales processes and SOps
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Education: B. Pharm / B.SC
Experience: 6+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales
