Overseas Education Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Study Abroad Counselor to lead our ambitious project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international education counseling, a proven track record of guiding students seeking admission in colleges abroad.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

• Develop and execute a strategic vision for the study abroad counseling project.
• Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, from conceptualization to implementation and ongoing refinement.

Team Management:

• Recruit, train, and manage a team of study abroad counselors.
• Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture.

Platform Development:

• Assist the tech team in development of the web platform, ensuring user-friendly navigation and adherence to industry best practices.
• Collaborate with technical teams to integrate counseling services seamlessly into the platform.

Counseling Services:

• Provide expert counseling to students, guiding them through the entire process of selecting suitable courses, colleges, and application procedures.
• Stay abreast of international education trends, admission requirements, and visa regulations.

Partnership Development:

• Establish and nurture relationships with international colleges, universities, and educational institutions.
• Negotiate and manage partnerships to enhance the platform's offerings and ensure a wide range of options for students.

Quality Assurance:

• Implement quality assurance measures to ensure accurate and reliable information is provided to students.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of counseling services, making continuous improvements.

Qualifications:

• A master's degree in a relevant field (education, counseling, international relations, etc.).
• Proven experience in study abroad counseling, with a focus on admissions to top global colleges.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with educational technology and online platforms.
• Knowledge of the international education landscape and admission processes.
