Lead API Developer

Role & responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy RESTful APIs using Python frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask and should also lead the team
• Build secure, scalable, and high-performance APIs adhering to best design principles.
• Experience integrating and working with SQL/NoSQL databases
• Integrate with Azure Cloud services like Azure Functions, API Management, and CosmosDB, synapse
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment using tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend developers, data engineers, and QA to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Perform API testing, debugging, and optimization to ensure high availability and performance.
• Knowledge of security implementation techniques for REST APIs

Python, RESTful API, Azure Cloud services ( Azure Functions, API Management, Cosmos DB, Synapse) ,CI/CD Pipelines, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, SQL/NoSQL databases
