Job Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Azure Integration Lead with a strong background in developing and managing cloud-based integration solutions. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in integration development, with at least 4 years focused on Azure-based integration services. You should have deep expertise in Azure Integration Services, including Logic Apps, Service Bus, Functions, API Management, and Event Grid. The candidate should also possess excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills and be able to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.

This role demands strong communication, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of microservices architecture, APIs, cloud-native integration patterns, and event-driven architectures. Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines is essential for ensuring smooth deployments and continuous integration.

Key Responsibilities :

Azure Integration Development :

- Design, develop, and implement cloud-based integration solutions using Azure Integration Services such as Azure Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, Azure Functions, Azure API Management, and Azure Event Grid.

- Lead and execute complex integration projects, ensuring successful deployment and implementation in the Azure cloud environment.

API and Microservices Architecture :

- Work with RESTful APIs, SOAP-based web services, and microservices architectures to build scalable and efficient integrations.

- Design and implement API management strategies, including security, versioning, and monitoring using Azure API Management.

Message Queues & Event-Driven Architectures :

- Implement message queues, event-driven architectures, and asynchronous processing using Azure-native technologies to handle large-scale data processing efficiently.

Azure DevOps & CI/CD Pipelines :

- Use Azure DevOps to manage integration development, create and maintain CI/CD pipelines, and automate deployment processes.

- Collaborate with development teams to integrate best practices for continuous delivery and integration.

Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution :

- Demonstrate advanced troubleshooting and debugging skills to resolve complex integration issues quickly and efficiently.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and ensure resolution of integration problems.

Collaboration and Communication :

- Work closely with technical teams, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure that integration requirements are fully understood and met.

- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, presenting integration solutions, architecture designs, and progress updates clearly.

Security & Compliance :

- Ensure that integration solutions comply with cloud security best practices and relevant compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).

- Implement security measures in the integration process, including encryption, access control, and API security.

Required Qualifications :

Experience :

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in integration development, with at least 4 years focused on Azure-based integration solutions.

- Strong hands-on experience with Azure Integration Services such as :

Technical Skills :

- Deep understanding of APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud-native integration patterns.

- Hands-on experience with message queues, event-driven architectures, and asynchronous processing.

- Solid understanding of Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipeline implementation.

- Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex integration issues.

Communication & Collaboration Skills:

- Strong communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical teams.

- Experience in leading and mentoring teams through complex integration projects.

Cloud Security & Compliance :

- Knowledge of cloud security practices and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).

Preferred Qualifications :

Certifications :

- Azure certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect, Azure Developer Associate, or similar.

Containerization & Orchestration :

- Experience with containerization (e.g., Docker) and orchestration technologies (e.g., Kubernetes) for scalable and resilient integration solutions.

Database Knowledge :

- Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases and how they integrate with cloud-based systems.

Agile & DevOps :

- Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices to ensure efficient project management and delivery.

Skills to be Evaluated on JD :
