AgileEngine - DevOps Engineer - Azure Certified (5-7 yrs)

Job Title : DevOps Engineer (Azure Certified)

Experience : 5+ Years

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and manage Azure infrastructure resources, including virtual machines, virtual networks, storage, and databases.

- Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using Infrastructure-as-Code tools (e.g, Terraform, Azure Resource Manager templates).

- Ensure the security, availability, and performance of Azure resources.

- Implement and manage Azure security services, such as Azure Security Center, Azure Firewall, and Azure Key Vault.

- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or other CI/CD tools.

- Automate build, test, and deployment processes for applications and infrastructure.

- Integrate with source control systems (Git) and artifact repositories.

- Implement and maintain monitoring and logging for CI/CD pipelines.

- Implement and promote DevOps best practices and principles.

- Collaborate with development and operations teams to improve the software delivery lifecycle.

- Evaluate and implement new tools and technologies to improve DevOps processes.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to infrastructure and deployments.

- Monitor system performance and availability using Azure Monitor and other monitoring tools.

- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and application issues.

- Share knowledge and best practices with team members.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a related role.

Azure Certifications (highly preferred).

- Experience with core Azure services : Virtual Machines, Virtual Networks, Storage, Active Directory, Azure SQL Database, etc.

- Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools : Terraform, Azure Resource Manager templates.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines : Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD.

- Scripting experience : Python, PowerShell, Bash.

- Experience with containerization technologies : Docker, Kubernetes.

- Strong understanding of networking concepts : VPNs, firewalls, load balancing.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
