Chief Human Resource Officer - NBFC ( only MFI / NBFC exp may apply )
Key Responsibilities: Strategic HR Leadership:
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support the organization's mission, particularly in relation to the ongoing impact evaluation study.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to ensure that human resource practices align with overall organizational goals.
- Talent Management: - Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract and develop top talent, ensuring alignment with the organization's growth objectives.
- Implement performance management systems that encourage employee engagement and recognize high performance.
- Organizational Development: - Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement, particularly in the context of the organisation and its impact on household financial behaviors.
- Lead initiatives for employee training and development, emphasizing skills that enhance productivity and financial literacy.
- Employee Engagement and Culture: - Develop programs that promote a positive workplace culture, emphasizing values of inclusivity, collaboration, and innovation.
- Conduct regular assessments of employee engagement and satisfaction, using insights to drive improvements.
- Compensation and Benefits: - Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain talent while aligning with budgetary constraints.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in all HR practices. Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Utilize HR metrics and analytics to inform strategic decisions, particularly in understanding the workforce's role in achieving the impact of the KGFS Model.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to workforce effectiveness and employee outcomes.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance the organization's HR initiatives, particularly in relation to community impact and financial inclusion.
- Act as a liaison between management and employees to ensure effective communication and resolution of HR-related issues.
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Experience: - Minimum of 20 years of HR experience, with a focus on strategic HR leadership.
- Proven track record in talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive HR decisions. Knowledge/Skills required:
- Expertise in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Strong understanding of talent management, organizational development, and workforce planning.
- Ability to interpret data related to employee performance and engagement to drive strategic initiatives.
- Experience in recruitment and selection processes that attract top talent.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization. - Understanding of compensation structures and benefits programs that align with organizational strategy and budget.
