Manager - Sales
- The primary responsibility of this role is to drive sales of didactic products and trainings.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership:
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, motivation, and coaching to maximize their performance.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve revenue goals.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales processes.
- Forecast sales, track key metrics, and develop sales reports.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Understand customer needs and provide solutions that exceed their expectations.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally.
Business Development:
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new clients.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitive landscapes.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop effective sales and marketing campaigns.
Team Management:
- Recruit, hire, and onboard talented sales professionals.
- Provide ongoing training and development to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
Financial Management:
- Manage sales budgets and expenses.
- Analyze financial data to identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
Qualifications and Skills:
- MBA degree with a specialization in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration.
- 2-4 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the education or training industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in sales CRM and other relevant software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A passion for sales and a desire to succeed.
- Deep understanding of didactic products and training solutions.
- Strong ability to prospect and develop relationships with educational institutions and corporate clients.
