Manager - Finance

Watertec is currently seeking a bright, enthusiastic person to join our growing finance team. The person who will be designated as Manager Finance will be responsible for financial analysis and overhead control for sales and marketing functions. She/He also will be supporting the Topline Commercial Controller to drive sustainable profitable growth across businesses.

The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Accountant / MBA with the ambition to be part of a fast growing organization and is passionate to create value in collaboration with sales and marketing functions.

Responsibilities

• Financial analysis of business performance and generate actionable insights for profitable business growth including geography/channel P&L, RoI of sales/marketing investments
• Budgeting and controlling of sales, discounts and sales and marketing spends
• Support Topline Commercial controller to evaluate resource allocation request from sales and marketing
• Support monthly financial closure by providing (a) discount and marketing spend provisions (b) validation of sales incentive workings
• Manage Channel Financing programs of the company

Key stakeholders: Sales Commercial, Marketing and HR

Candidate profile:

• Chartered Accountant / MBA with 5+ years of experience in similar roles

Skills and Behavioral Attributes:

• Strong people management skills
• Working knowledge in SAP is must
• Advanced excel skills
• Knowledge of Power-BI will be added advantage
