Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Java Trainer to deliver high-quality training to our students. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Java programming and experience in teaching or training individuals or groups. The Java Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs, developing course materials, and evaluating student progress .
Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver comprehensive Java training programs
- Develop and maintain course materials, including presentations, hands-on exercises, and assessments
- Teach Java programming concepts, including syntax, data types, control structures, functions, and object-oriented programming
- Provide individualized support and feedback to students
- Evaluate student progress and provide recommendations for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in Java technology
- Collaborate with other trainers and team members to ensure consistency and quality in training delivery
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in Java programming
- Experience in teaching or training individuals or groups
- Strong knowledge of Java programming concepts and syntax
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with course development and delivery
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design
