SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Time Off Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off Specialist to manage, configure, and optimize the Time Off module in SAP SuccessFactors. This role will be responsible for supporting the implementation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of the Time Off functionality within the Employee Central platform. You will work closely with HR teams, business leaders, and IT departments to ensure the effective integration of time off processes, policies, and workflows.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in SAP SF Employee Central Time Off training or consulting
- Strong expertise in SAP SF
- Proven training delivery skills and experience
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create engaging training content
