Brand and Product Manager

Experience in product management, brand management, offline marketing in the automotive, technology, or related industry; proficiency in managing ATL and BTL marketing campaigns. Familiarity with the EV industry and market dynamics in India. Responsibilities:
1. Product & Brand Management:
Assist in developing and executing product and brand strategies to drive brand awareness, customer loyalty, and market penetration.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning.
2. Effective Utilization of Offline Marketing Channels (ATL & BTL):
Plan and execute ATL (Above the Line) and BTL (Below the Line) marketing campaigns, including print media, outdoor advertising, and events.
Work closely with agencies and vendors to optimize offline marketing initiatives.
3. Communication Calendar Management:
Coordinate and manage the company's communication calendar, ensuring timely and effective execution of marketing campaigns and brand initiatives.
4. Marketing Efforts Analysis:
Conduct thorough analyses of marketing efforts to measure performance and return on investment (ROI) for various campaigns.
Utilize data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
5. Product Collateral Management:
Oversee the development and distribution of product collaterals,including brochures, flyers, and promotional materials.
Ensure that all collaterals align with the brand guidelines and communicate the brand's value proposition.
