Cashier Executive - Waman Hari Pethe Jewellers

This is an opportunity to work with a leading Retail Jewellery Brand

Preferred candidate profile : -

1) Good Communication Skills - Candidate must be good in communicating local languages like Marathi, Hindi & English

2) Strong Customer Interaction - Should be able to handle all kind of customers. ie. face to face interaction

3) Good Product Knowledge - Should be able to handle cash counters independently

4) Grooming & self learning - Should be presentable with properly groomed and willing to learn

RESPONSIBILITIES :-

• Greeting customers when they reach the cash counter
• Operating a cash register or computer system
• Scanning items or inputting item codes for purchased products
• Accepting payments from customers - cash/cheque/bank/etc
• Managing cash and making change for customers
• Handling coupons or other discount codes
• Processing exchanges or returns
• Handling customer questions or concerns
• Gift wrapping purchases if the customer requests
• Placing items safely in a bag, box or cart
• Generating refunds or store credits after a return
• Overseeing the funds in a cash register and balancing the amount
• Stocking shelves and finding items in the storage section
• Maintaining invoices/receipts

QUALIFICATIONS :

HSC or ANY GRADUATE (B.A/B.Com/B.Sc/etc)

SKILLS REQUIRED :-

• Basic Maths/ Calculations
• Multitasking skills
• Computer Skills - MS Office/ Tally ERP 9
• Attention to details
• Cash handling skills
• Efficiency & Team Work
