Market Penetration and Coverage: Ensure that Walplast Paints/ Tile Adhesive / Putty Products gains traction in the market through aggressive market coverage (reach & penetration). Communicate product quality to clients, trade, builders, contractors, applicators, and architects through repeated product presentations and demonstrations.

Dealer Support and Inventory Management: Convince and enable channel partners to invest in and maintain appropriate inventory levels of Walplast Paints and allied products by creating awareness and demand through influencers and client activation.

Sales Strategy: Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by staying current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
