Software Engineer III

Position Summary... Demonstrates up-to-date expertise and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices; supporting and aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs; and building commitment for perspectives and rationales. Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business needs; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results; recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities. Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by incorporating these into the development and implementation of business plans; using the Open Door Policy; and demonstrating and assisting others with how to apply these in executing business processes and practices.

Your Qualifications

Good academic record and graduated (B.E/ B.Tech / MS / M.Tech)

3 to 6 years of total experience of which 3+ years in Backend engineering platform development.

3+ years of experience in Java technologies, Distributed systems and large scale application development and design.

Hands on experience Kafka, Cassandra.

Work with Java, Multithreading, Data Structures, Algorithm, Design Patterns and develop robust highperformance and scalable applications.

Technical leadership in design, implementation and support of large scale data and analytics solutions that are highly reliable, flexible, and scalable.

Extremely strong technical background with the capability of being hands-on if required and earn the respect and ability to mentor top individual technical talent. Good experience of working with globally distributed teams in a collaborative and productive manner. Excellent interpersonal skills, good with people, ability to negotiate. Strong computer science fundamentals in Analytics, algorithms, data structures, data stores, etc. A self-motivated learner and builder with strong customer focus and obsession with quality Our Ideal Candidate You have a deep interest and passion for technology.
