Job Description
- 15 years of project management experience managing Cisco CX programs in managed services mode
- Experience in managing IT Infra projects Cisco Tech program management
- Hands on experience on Cisco tech BPO work
- Experience in endtoend project management of complex projects spanning for more than a year
- Handled tracks workstreams projects independently as part of large programs portfolios
- Managed the project from start to completion including the resolution of escalated project issues
- Creation of a project schedule and plan with financial resource and material requirements
- Handson experience in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Ability to work during weekends if required for maintenance migration activities handling escalations etc
- DESIRED SKILLS
- Good to have or value add to this role
- Agile project management
- Telcom Service Provider Infrastructure experience is preferred
- Technical knowledge on Cisco hardware and software
- Experience in contract Change Management process
- Experience in managing Partner delivery and commercials when 3rd party technical delivery resources are engaged
- Handson experience in Microsoft Project Jira Rally
