Candidtae has to handle the shifts operations in all Shifts.

*Should be able to analyse the production issues and timely resolution

*Provide support to the sub-ordinates during shifts and post production,also able to handle the manpower in shift operations.

*Responsible for order confirmation in various reports during the shift

*Well coordination between mould station configuration to planner and execution team.

*Verification of plan orders, seconds order creation,verification of scrapping and repairing.

*Consolidated reports to be prepared during shift operations.

*Analysis of previous day activities and corrective actions against deviations during the production.

*Special order tracking and mail shift wise to the team lead and Manager.

*Candidate has the capacity to resolve the conflicts between machine and conveyor team if requires.

*Team Building approach has to be shown in shop floor.

*Active participation requires in 5S Lean management for respective zone.
